Trainee Program

We tailor our individual trainee programs to suit both our needs and your profile, potential, interests and knowledge. Whether it be in trade, finances, general management or operations/engineering, you help to design your course!

What are our programs like?

In eighteen months to two years you are familiarized with our structure, business portfolio and products in different sectors – on site at first, then later on placements at our subsidiaries at home and abroad. Depending on the program, you hone your skills in different fields, assume responsibility from the outset and play an active part in day-to-day business. Moreover, you attend seminars on specialist subjects and personal development. This excellent, comprehensive traineeship stands you in very good stead for a specialist or management career with us.

What do we expect from our trainees?

The positions to be filled later on require different qualifications and profiles. However, all trainees should be open, flexible and motivated, and prepared to work in a team and contribute their own ideas. They should also be able to envisage living and working in other countries and cultural circles. And even if your path does not take you abroad in the end, our international focus makes an excellent command of English a must.
